Our team strives to provide individuals and families with affordable, accessible, and available clinical services in the community. We accept a variety of different commercial insurances in addition to Medicaid and Medicare. We also offer self-pay and fee assistance options. Services provided using fee assistance are not “free”; rather, they are services that are financially covered for the client (in part or in whole) by the generosity of faithful donors and grant funding. No one will be turned away due to an inability to pay.

Licensed Residents in Counseling & Supervisees in Social Work: $60 per session
Graduate Students: $35 per session.
Lynchburg, Bedford, & Appomattox: Clients in need of financial assistance in these offices will be able to work with our intake team to discuss seeing a graduate student at a lower rate.
Danville, Brookneal, & South Boston: Clients in need of financial assistance in these offices can fill out our fee assistance application form for the possibility to get approval for a lower session rate. Rates are determined by household income and number of dependents; therefore, income information is required (i.e., previous year’s tax return; W-2; Bank Statements; paystubs; and/or aware letters from the state). Those interested in fee assistance can speak with our intake team or with their counselor.
One of our core values is “team-driven excellence”. We find that the community is part of that team in order to see clients achieve hope and healing. With this collaborative mindset, we have the capacity to provide our services at a special rate for partnering organizations. Some current examples include special counseling rates and/or relationship education rates for the following organizations: Appomattox County Public Schools, Bedford County DSS employees, and various churches in the area.
